Help me - Windows-8.1 - "Attempted Execute of Noexecute Memory (83387865.sys)"

Yesterday night i tried to install Kaspersky Virus removal tool to scan my system to check my system for suspected behaviour

As soon as i tried to install/scan my system crashed into Blue screen error page stating

"Attempted_Execute_Of_Noexecute_memory(83387865.sys)"

From then, on starting the system just in a minute it runs into same Blue screen error page.

After checking online for this error i'm posting here for help...

Is it possible to get back to normal state without resetting/restoring the system from backup recovery ??

For reference
Minidump & .sys file in the following link

Thanks in advance.
